Knives Out is a fun, modern-day murder mystery where everyone is a suspect.Check. Out. This. Cast! Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, that chick from 13 Reasons… oh man! This move comes out November 27, 2019 and it looks very fun. The only problem I have with mystery movies is that you can only watch them once and be genuinely surprised. Then you have to wait 10-20 years before you forget whodunnit and are able to watch it again.
I honestly thought this was going to be an updated Clue movie. However, I think it’s more of a tribute to mystery author Agatha Christie. I don’t believe there is a book with the same title as the movie. However, this movie draws inspiration from her murder mysteries and will have many parallels to her style of writing.
