I love reality tv shows but it took a while before I could convince my family to start watching them. The first reality show my family got into was Survivor. It wasn’t until many years later that I was finally able to watch The Bachelor. Mostly I started watching just because I found out that most of the women in my office watched the show. After I started watching a few episodes, it was easy to talk about which contestants we preferred with coworkers that I’d otherwise have nothing in common with.
Once my husband and I started paying for Hulu and I kept watching the show, I learned that everyone in my gym class also watched the show. Slowly I started learning that most women watch the show and if you want to make friends, start watching The Bachelor.
