Until the Ribbon Breaks is a band that covers a haunting version of the song “One Way or Another”. It is hypnotizing and everything you need to put you in a chill mood.
I recently finished the latest Magicians series on Netflix. It’s dark, magical, and never predictable.

Unfortunately it is a bit cliché and the ending is similar to that of the season finale from The Good Place. All our favorite main characters are forced to split up and somehow have no memory of knowing their friends.
I was was hemming and hawing at the choice of direction the series was taking. But then this hauntingly beautiful song came on and made the impact of this separation hit that much harder.
For three seasons these characters fight for their lives together, only to then be separated and all their memories are wiped of that effort. It blows!
Cue slow, mysterious music. If this song doesn’t give you some chilling feels, then I don’t know what will.
