Have you met anyone with airpods and just thought to yourself…why on earth?
Apple airpods currently cost $159.00 before tax. That is INSANE. I could walk to a gas station and choose a pair of headphones for $15 or less. The quality might be anything but great, but at least I’ll still have $100 in my pocket! I paid $200 for a pair of really nice BOSE headphones in 2012 that covered the ears for long periods of use. Guess what? I STILL use those headphones today in 2019.
On the other hand, if you lose one Apple airpod, your SOL and going to have to drop another $160 when there’s an update or when they get smaller and higher quality. We all know the drill, that’s how apple works. If there’s an update, new phones, new merch, new tech comes out and the world gobbles it up. Well NOT ME. I’m fine with my BOSE headphones thank you very much.
